Are these workout designed for beginners?


If you have never worked out a day in your life or have been training since middle school, your workout program will be personalized to your individual capabilities, needs and limitations.  Our trainers have worked with a wide rangle of individuals with some as old as 70 who have never worked out a day in their lives.  By slowly progressing through your program you will advance in a safe and positive manner.

Where would I workout?


This is the great thing about Easy Day Fitness.  We can meet in whatever location is most convenient for you.  We have clients who prefer to meet in the homes for a more private workout, while others prefer the fresh air of a local park.  We have worked in a varierty of locations such as community gyms, the beach and even businesses.  All the equipment you need will be brought by your trainer and not matter how limited you may feel your space is, our trainers will be able to deliver an exceptional experience.

What equipment do I need?


The great thing is, you don't need any equipment at all.  Our trainers will bring all the equipment you need for your workout.  We utilize a variety of equipment such as medicine balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, boxing equipment and kettlebells.  We also educate you so you can use household items to create fun and challenging workouts without needing any specialized equipment.

I've never worked out before.  Is Easy Day Fitness right for me?


Absolutely! Our workouts are designed specifically for you based on your goals, current abilities and limitations.  Our trainers will work with you to slowly and safely progress through your workout program.
